All of the Gambling Supervision Commission’s licences operate under the same piece of legislation – the Online Gambling Regulation Act 2001. As such all of the licences are consistent in many aspects, and the following is true of all of the licences offered:
• All licences cover all gaming verticals
• Applications are processed in 12 weeks if there are no unexpected issues
• There is a £5,000 application fee
• Cryptocurrency and digital assets viable as stakes/deposits/withdrawals across all licences

ISLE OF MAN GAMBLING LICENCE COSTS:

Full Licence - £36,750 p.a.

The Full licence could be considered the 'standard' licence; this one licence covers all gaming verticals and allows for B2C operations as well as the ability to offer Sub-Licences and White Labels to B2B partners. Suitable for both crypto and fiat operations.

Network Licence - £52,500 p.a.

The Network Licence carries the same privileges as the Full Licence but in addition, you may use the Network Licence to accept players from global operators (Network Partners) on to your gameplay and back office servers without the need to re-register them.

Sub Licence - £5,250 p.a.

Sub licensees must enter into an agreement with a Full licence holder in order to operate, and they can only offer games they have either produced in-house and/or games the Full licensee has the rights to offer.

B2B Software Supplier Licence - From £36,750 p.a.

This licence is elective rather than mandatory, however many software suppliers choose to become licensed in order to demonstrate adherence to top-tier Isle of Man standards. There are two types of Software Supplier licence; a standard fiat platform licence and a token/blockchain enabled platform licence.
