LYLE WRAXALL
CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Lyle is the Chief Executive of Digital Isle of Man. He is a highly experienced management and technology consultant who has worked across the whole digital and fintech space. Most recently he was Head of the New York office for Pcubed – a significant international management consultancy practice with offices around the world.
Lyle has worked extensively with large private sector and public sector clients in London and America including RBS, Deutsche Bank, IMF, US Federal Reserve and UK Cabinet Office.

ABBY KIMBER
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Abby joined Digital Isle of Man in April 2019 and has over 14 years’ experience working with the eGaming, technology, and professional services sectors in the Isle of Man and Gibraltar.
Abby is responsible for the operational strategy and execution for the Agency, as well as leading our Strategic Partnership team to enable regular dialogue right across the spectrum of our digital economy, giving us the chance to discuss policies and strategies which best help Isle of Man businesses not only to thrive and expand, but also to create a fertile ground for new sectors and opportunities.

RICHARD OLIPHANT
DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE & TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Richard joined Department for Enterpise in the December of 2018 with responsibility for the development and implementation of a National Telecommunications Strategy.
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in telecommunications and networks as both an engineer and programme manager. This included responsibility for infrastructure support and customer service in the Governments Technology Services Division and a number of years as Head of Technology and Licensing for the Island's telecoms regulator the Communications Commission.

KURT ROOSEN
HEAD OF INNOVATION
Kurt is the Head of Innovation for Digital Isle of Man, with a wide remit to champion Digital Innovation and push forward positive change. Kurt is highly experienced as an IT professional with 35 years of experience across many sectors including Banking, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Education. Before joining Digital Isle of Man, Kurt worked at Cayman National Bank as Head of IT and before that was CEO of the Manx ICT Association (MICTA) which was the precursor to the Digital Agency. Kurt serviced on the inaugural Digital Isle of Man Board.
Kurt is a Fellow of the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and served as the Chairman of their Governing Council in the UK and as a Trustee for two years. He has also been an entrepreneur on the Island, founding and running an innovative IoM based telecoms company with clients and staff all over the world in between working for two other banks in the Isle of Man in senior technical roles.

NATHAN LUNT
HEAD OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Nathan relocated to the Island in 2014. Whilst visiting relatives, he developed a fondness for the Isle of Man and later seized the opportunity to call the Island 'home'.
He joined Digital Isle of Man in 2021 as part of the Strategic Partnerships team. Prior to this he spent several years working within the Telecommunications industry where he gained experience delivering outstanding service, developing robust relationships, influencing change and leading a team.
Nathan is focussed on partnering with digital businesses to facilitate their growth on the Isle of Man, as well as attracting new business to the Island.

BETHAN DAVIES
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
Bethan joined the Digital Isle of Man team in April 2023 bringing a wealth of relationship management experience from the e-gaming sector. Having worked for some of the islands most prestigious gaming companies within the past 10 years, she has gained experience in commercial development, building strong relationships and delivering high tier service to operators worldwide.
Bethan’s focus is working with local businesses within the digital sector in order to help them maximise their potential here on the island; both facilitating the growth of existing business, and supporting the relocation of new business to the Isle of Man. Bethan enjoys meeting the people behind the businesses, exploring hidden opportunities, and being part of the continuous development of the island’s digital ecosystem.

Sue joined Digital Isle of Man in May 2025, bringing over 25 years of private sector expertise in Business Development, Client Relations and Operations. With extensive experience living and working across the Middle East and Asia, she has cultivated a broad international network and excels at building partnerships across diverse cultural and jurisdictional landscapes. Known for her client-centric approach, Sue combines flexibility, positivity, and pragmatism to navigate challenges effectively.
As one of our Strategic Partnership Manager, she leverages the Isle of Man’s unique position to support digital businesses in growth, scaling, and success, nurturing established companies while attracting new ventures to the Island.

ADAM HUDGEON
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
Adam joined Digital Isle of Man in June 2025, bringing a diverse background in community engagement, business development and client relationship management.
He previously founded Reach IOM, a charity focused on supporting young people’s physical and mental wellbeing, which gained significant recognition across the Island. Following its merger with Isle Listen, Adam continued his work in the third sector before transitioning into the business world.
He went on to develop his commercial experience at Yellowstone Accounts, working with a broad range of clients as a Business Development and Relationship Manager. Adam enjoys working with local and international businesses and is passionate about supporting the continued growth of the Island’s digital sector.

BEN WILSON-WHITE
OPERATIONS & DELIVERY MANAGER
Ben joined Digital Isle of Man in April 2023, and brings over 10 years’ experience in supporting businesses as they grow from small to medium-sized enterprises across a variety of sectors including retail and technology. He excels in designing and implementing new management and team structures, as well as evolving workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
Ben brings a proven record of cultivating and maintaining productive relationships, working in collaboration with stakeholders and clients to achieve our shared ambitions. He is focused on supporting local businesses to grow and thrive on-Island and continuously improving the operational capabilities of the Digital Team to ensure we deliver the best possible support and strategic input to the development of the Digital sector.

ANDREW HONOUR
DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE & TELECOMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Andrew joined Digital Isle of Man in January 2020 after a career spanning almost 30 years with Manx Telecom where he held various management positions, most recently Head of B2B Sales. Andrew is working in the Digital Infrastructure & Telecommunications team, assisting with the development of the Telecoms strategy and the implementation of the National Broadband Plan.

SARAH ENNETT
DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE & TELECOMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Sarah joined Digital Isle of Man in September 2020 to manage the Isle of Man Government Accelerator Programme for IoT (Internet of Things), the initial aims of which are to promote the use of IoT for the social and economic development of the Island.
She has worked in telecommunications for over 23 years in several key business areas; Product Management, Business Development, Head of Retail Operations, ISP Operations and HR. Specialising in Manx Telecom for the last 9 years on developing global M2M (Machine to Machine) and IoT solutions, she was initially business development manager then gained her product management certification with responsibility for IoT product development strategy.

GRACE HOODLESS
MARKETING MANAGER
Grace joined the Digital Isle of Man team as Marketing Manager in March 2024, bringing a wealth of marketing experience from her time working for media houses, marketing agencies and communications. Having dedicated much of her career to collaborating with and supporting B2B SMEs and multi-million-pound companies, she recognises the importance of effective communication, media management and engagement with diverse stakeholders, leveraging this to unite strategic objectives.
Despite not being originally from the Isle of Man, Grace's ultimate passion lies in championing it as the premier destination for residence, employment and business endeavours.

ARIANE MONDS
MARKETING EXECUTIVE (DESIGN)
Ariane joined the Digital Isle of Man team in June 2023 with experience in creative marketing across a range of sectors. Having freelanced since the end of 2020, Ariane gained valuable skills and knowledge in social media management, photography and promotional videography, working on various high-profile assignments.
Within Digital Isle of Man, Ariane is responsible for contributing to and executing a marketing strategy to support the growth of businesses on-Island, attract new digital businesses to the Island, and establishing the Isle of Man as a centre of excellence for the digital economy.

TAMIKA DU PLESSIS
MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Tamika joined the Digital Isle of Man team in April 2025 after relocating from South Africa. With a career rooted in marketing, she brings a strong background in content creation and strategic storytelling, having worked with a variety of international B2B companies across different sectors.
At Digital Isle of Man, Tamika leads on content strategy and development, working closely with digital stakeholders to ensure the Island’s digital achievements are represented, celebrated and shared. She is passionate about showcasing the innovative work happening within the local digital economy and fostering meaningful connections that support its continued growth.

LILY-JOY LANCASHIRE
MARKETING OFFICER
L-J joined the Digital Isle of Man team in April 2025, bringing a passion for facilitating events. She is actively involved in establishing and promoting our Activate AI Training Sessions and Communities of Practice (CoPs), supporting the Isle of Man’s positioning as a progressive digital hub. She particularly enjoys building relationships within our digital ecosystem and contributing to the island’s growing reputation in the tech and AI space.

ALEX TRUMAN
SECRETARIAT
Alex holds a BA in Information Technology and has over 25 years of experience as a personal assistant. She has worked for large local and international companies in Greece and Russia before moving to the Isle of Man. In her role, Alex provides administrative support to the CEO and the team, ensuring efficient office operations.
Alex enjoys her job within Digital Isle of Man and takes great pride in being part of the driving force that makes the Island a centre of technology, innovation, and excellence.
