COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

We strongly encourage all attendees to take a lateral flow test in the 12 hours prior to the event and to notify us of a positive result. Post the event should anyone display symptoms to communicate the potential exposure to us and public health officials. We would then manage further communications with others i.e., other delegates, speakers and staff involved with the event and venue (if applicable).

Other measures we are taking to ensure your safety are:

• Ensuring that all areas we use have been fully sanitised pre, during and post / regularly throughout event.
• We require all personnel to maintain frequent hand washing; hand sanitiser will be available.
• Ensuring that there are socially distanced seating areas available throughout
