ELEVATE’S PROVEN APPROACH TO BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION BACKED BY LIVED EXPERIENCE
02 July 2025

In the world of business transformation, theory can only take organisations so far. Real change demands real experience, especially when the stakes are high, the challenges are complex, and the path forward isn’t always clear.
This article is part of a three-part series written by Elevate that explores the key differences between digital and business transformation, how Elevate is guiding Isle of Man business transformations, and why lived experience is crucial when transforming your business.
At Elevate Business Transformation, the team doesn’t just advise from the side-lines, they’ve lived it. For the past three years, they have proudly served as mentors for the Isle of Man Innovation Challenge, assisting entrant businesses with navigating the challenge: two years under their previous roles at Capital International and, as the challenge closes in 2025, this year for the first time, under their own banner: Elevate Business Transformation.
This isn’t just a title change. It’s a reflection of their evolution, from internal change-leaders to independent transformation specialists, bringing hard-earned experience to businesses across the Isle of Man and beyond.
Built, Not Bought – The Island’s First Digital Bank
Elevate’s credentials aren’t theoretical. The founders led the architecture, building, and delivery of the Isle of Man’s first new bank in over 35 years and still to this day the island’s only fully digital corporate bank. From regulatory approvals to operational design, from compliance frameworks to customer experience, they were there at every step.
This wasn’t just a project. It was a transformation journey that demanded innovation, resilience, and a deep understanding of how to align strategy, technology, people, and process in a highly regulated environment. The result? A compliant, profitable, and scalable banking platform, built from the ground up.
They are proud to say: as the accountable individuals for the compliance of the bank model, no one else on the island has this level of end-to-end, holistic transformation experience.
“Transformation isn’t a buzzword for us - it’s what we’ve lived, delivered, and now help others achieve.”
– Ben Wilde, Co-Founder
