Gamesys Group appoints Ben Wood as General Manager for Isle of Man office

Gamesys Group has announced the appointment of Ben Wood as General Manager for its new Isle of Man office.

Famous for its award-winning bingo and online casino brands and sites, including Virgin Games, Jackpotjoy, Monopoly Casino, Heart Bingo and Vera&John, Gamesys Group is one of the UK’s leading online gaming operators and a FTSE 250 company. The company’s Isle of Man operations started in 2020 and deal primarily with its Asia-facing business.

Ben will be responsible for setting up and leading the Isle of Man operations, as well as recruiting a new team to support the company’s plans for growth. Formerly Head of Partnerships and Senior Sales Manager at Microgaming, he has worked in the eGaming sector for more than 10 years. Along with extensive commercial and regulatory experience, he has a strong history of developing business in emerging and regulated markets.
