Isle of Man startup launches Certified Agency with EDI Certification for SMEs

Certified Agency, an Isle of Man based start up, is one the world’s first organisations offering independent certifications to SME companies who want to prove that they act on their good intentions.

Certified Agency aims to provide organisations with certifications that prove that they reach industry standards in areas such as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. Their Certified Badges use cutting edge blockchain technology and allow organisations to display them on their websites, emails, social media and more.

Sarah Ennett, Skills Project Manager for Digital Isle of Man, comments on the launch of Certified Agency “It’s always great to learn about innovative businesses who make the Island their home, and I was fascinated to learn about two of the services that Ravi and team offer. I hope that many local small businesses are able to take advantage of the opportunity to pilot the Certified Agency service, saving money and tangibly demonstrating commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, which is increasingly a requirement for winning contracts."

Initial certification categories offered are;

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (launched September 2021)
Eco-friendly Operations (launching January 2022)
Positive People Management (launching 2022)

Certified Agency is currently looking for organisations who want to take part in the Certified Test Pilot. This involves completing an online assessment ‘Equality, Diversity and Inclusion’ for just £1.00 and providing them with feedback so that they can use customer experience to refine their content.
