The team behind Douglas-based esports betting brand Luckbox goes public

The team behind Douglas-based esports betting brand Luckbox are celebrating after the company’s listing on the TSX Venture Exchange in Toronto.

Real Luck Group Ltd, which is the parent company of Luckbox, began trading on December 16 under the ticker “LUCK”.

Trading on the TSX Venture Exchange follows the successful completion of the previously announced Qualifying Transaction with Elephant Hill Capital Inc.

Luckbox CEO Quentin Martin, a Douglas resident, said: “We’re celebrating a major milestone for Luckbox as we begin trading on the TSX Venture exchange, and we look forward to the next leg of growth for our company.

“The company was born in the Isle of Man and our Isle of Man gambling licence is one of our key strengths.
