Lyle is the Chief Executive of Digital Isle of Man. He is a highly experienced management and technology consultant who has worked across the whole digital and fintech space. Most recently he was Head of the New York office for Pcubed – a significant international management consultancy practice with offices around the world.
Lyle has worked extensively with large private sector and public sector clients in London and America including RBS, Deutsche Bank, IMF, US Federal Reserve and UK Cabinet Office.
Head of eGaming
Tony Ure is the Head of eGaming for Digital Isle of Man.
His role is to facilitate inbound investment from the eGaming sector to one of the world’s leading gaming jurisdictions, encouraging diversification, growth and innovation in this industry.
Prior to working for the Isle of Man Government, Tony spent over 30 years working in senior roles for some of the most recognisable names in the gaming industry.
Strategic Partner Lead
Abby joined Digital Isle of Man in April 2019, bringing with her over ten years’ experience working with the eGaming, technology and professional services sectors in the Isle of Man and Gibraltar.
Abby is responsible for leading the strategic partnership team in partnering with businesses to facilitate their growth in the Isle of Man, as well as attracting new businesses to the Island.
Lindy is results driven with over 20 years’ experience in sales, relationship building, project and account management across multiple sectors around the world, including telecoms and technology.
She joined Digital Isle of Man in September 2019 and works closely with stakeholders on immigration projects and innovative technology solutions. She is known for driving new business, sourcing viable opportunities and delivering results.
Lauren joined Digital Isle of Man in December 2019 and works with businesses across the eGaming and Media sectors, building strong relationships with stakeholders to drive impact and results.
Lauren spent the past 6 years in London working in strategy formulation, data analysis and idea generation for a wide range of clients, from global brands to challengers including Grosvenor Casinos, Mecca Bingo, LinkedIn and EY.
Head of Blockchain Isle of Man
Christine joined Digital Isle of Man from IBM Global Business Services, where she worked as a management consultant for eight years on various projects that extended throughout the digital ecosystem.
With both a professional background and a personal interest in innovative technologies, Christine has been leading on the strategic planning of Blockchain Isle of Man and is committed to driving the development of blockchain business in the Island.
Steve is the Advisory Director at PwC, leading non-audit consulting and advisory services for local and international clients and many of those engagements are around financial, eGaming and data privacy regulation applications. Prior to his current role, Steve advised clients in the Channel Islands and also the UK in relation to the interaction of their business operating models and regulation.
He is a qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years of offshore experience across all industry sectors. Steve has been seconded to work with Blockchain Isle of Man, joining the team in March 2019.
Tony has been with the eGaming development team within the Department for Enterprise since April 2011, in a role that has increasingly encompassed blockchain technology and its applications in online gaming.
With a keen interest in the developments that blockchain and digital currencies will deliver, Tony supports and provides guidance to companies joining Blockchain Isle of Man and helps them understand the advantages of locating business in the Island.
David is a Senior Manager in the Advisory team at KPMG Isle of Man, which he returned to in 2018 after periods working with KPMG member firms in the UK and in Central and Eastern Europe. He has 20 years’ experience helping organisations across most industries understand risks and recognise opportunities, with a particular interest in the role played by technology.
David has been seconded to work with Blockchain Isle of Man, joining the team in August 2019.
Kritsana has extensive experience in Operations having worked at RBS, Net-a Porter and Suncorp Metway in Australia. She has also set up a number of businesses in hospitality and, most recently, an e-commerce business.
Having moved to the Isle of Man almost two years’ ago, Kritsana is excited to be part of the Blockchain Isle of Man team.
Digital Infrastructure & Telecommunications
Richard joined Department for Enterpise in the December of 2018 with responsibility for the development and implementation of a National Telecommunications Strategy.
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in telecommunications and networks as both an engineer and programme manager. This included responsibility for infrastructure support and customer service in the Governments Technology Services Division and a number of years as Head of Technology and Licensing for the Island's telecoms regulator the Communications Commission.
Business Development Manager
Brian was one of the first government representatives to develop the momentum behind growth in digital business innovation in the Isle of Man. He helped shape the construction of a global hub for blockchain start-ups (including eGaming) in the Isle of Man, driven by effective regulation and a world-class technology infrastructure.
Charli joined the Digital Isle of Man in early 2020, with a background in marketing from many years in the hospitality and finance sectors; the jump to a B2B approach was a welcomed change.
Through her CIM qualifications and post-graduate work in events and PR, Charli is utilising every aspect of her experience in her role as Marketing Manager.
Lawrence joined Digital Isle of Man in 2018 upon returning to the Island after ten years in London, where he worked in the Private Medical industry. He has a particular passion for all things digital marketing; creating engaging communications that incite action and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments that are driving change in the industry. Lawrence is currently completing his CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing.
